HII-TSD, Integrated Mission Solutions Group (Camber Corporation) is currently seeking a Cyber Training Analyst Journeyman with a TS/SCI clearance to work out of Air Combat Command Headquarters, Joint Base Langley-Eustis, in Hampton, Virginia.
The Cyber Training Analyst Journeyman will provide Evaluations and Training Support to the ACC Staff as part of the Cyberspace Superiority Bridge Force for the operational transition of the cyberspace superiority core function and lead command role from Air Force Space Command (AFSPC) to Air Combat Command (ACC).
Duties and Responsibilities (to include but not be limited to the following):
Advocate, and establish policy and guidance for operations training devices/simulators, Cyberspace Live Virtual Constructive (LVC)/Distributed Mission Operations (DMO), and support Simulator Certification (SIMCERT) programs to ensure training devices support accurate and credible trainingS upport and coordinate with AF Inspection Systems Functional Area Managers (FAMs) for Cyberspace, Cyberspace Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR), and Cyberspace Surveillance and Reconnaissance (CS&R) Standards and Evaluations
Assist and support in developing, reviewing, preparing and coordinating cyberspace/ISR training to include but not limited to courseware, syllabi, Initial Qualification Training (IQT), Requalification Training (RQT), Combat Mission Ready (CMR)/Mission Ready (MR) – Ready Aircrew Program (RAP), Realistic Training Review Board(RTRB), Training Planning Teams (TPTs), Instructor Upgrade and Training Task Lists (TTL)
Support the development of cyberspace range policy/sustainment and integration into Department of Defense training ranges
Support, and participate, as required, in COCOM, service, and sister-service exercises, and provide assistance for detailed oversight by documenting training, lessons learned, and providing recommendations
Coordinate funding for training, and exercises
Support the development of cyberspace academic training, and provide assistance for detailed oversight of training by documenting training deficiencies, and providing recommended solutions
Facilitate the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) for Flag, Combatant Command (CCMD), Department of Defense exercises, and submit requests in the ACC Consolidated Planning System as necessary
Assist, provide, and as required conduct Cyberspace/ISR Standards/Evaluations in accordance with (IAW) DoD standards and evaluations guidance
Qualifications and Experience:
Knowledge of United States Government (USG) cyberspace training principles, directives, methodologies, and approaches used in developing, managing, and conducting training programs and events
Minimum of one (1) year experience coordinating USG training program(s), or corporate training program(s) and policy
Ability to perform tasks as outlined in Duties and Responsibilities above and serve as Task Lead of three additional analysts performing these duties and responsibilities
Ability to communicate effectively through written and verbal skills and must be able to communicate with external organizations, agencies, and entities to gain additional documentation or program knowledge
Ability to use MS Office and gain proficiency in the use of enterprise information sharing web applications (e.g. SharePoint, Task Management Tool (TMT), and Management Internal Control Toolset (MICT), if required)
Ability to build, manage, maintain, and update information systems to include but not limited to Microsoft Outlook, and SharePoint site, as well as build and maintain office continuity repositories, schedule conferences, develop meeting agendas and travel plans, coordinate office telecoms, briefings, conference development, and special projects, as required
Ability to perform administrative functions to create, distribute, use, and dispose of official/classified media while accomplishing, maintaining, adhering, and performing records management functions
Prior Joint/HAF/MAJCOM/COCOM staff action officer (AO) experience and experience in Live, Virtual, Constructive (LVC) training and Distributed Mission Operations (DMO)
Prior military, civil service and/or contractor experience on the AFSPACE, 24thAir Force, Headquarters, Air Force or ACC Headquarters Staff
Three (3) years experience in the cyber career field
Completion of Cyber Awareness Challenge Course for the Intelligence Community
Analysis Design Development Implementation and Evaluation (ADDIE) training development experience
Industry network/system certifications to support cyberspace range integration and sustainment
Cyber exercise planning, execution, and post-exercise support experience
Financial management expertise in PPBE
DoD 8570 IAT-II certification
Project Management Professional (PMP) or DAU equivalent certification
US Citizenship required
The selected applicant will be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information
Must possess and maintain a US Government security clearance at the Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) level
