HII-TSD, Integrated Mission Solutions Group (Camber Corporation) is currently seeking a Senior Cyber Analyst to work out of Air Combat Command Headquarters, Joint Base Langley-Eustis, in Hampton, Virginia.
The Senior Cyber Analyst will assist with the Air Force Risk Assessment Framework and provide Plans and Programs Support to the ACC Staff as part of the Cyberspace Superiority Bridge Force for the operational transition of the cyberspace superiority core function and lead command role from Air Force Space Command (AFSPC) to Air Combat Command (ACC).
Duties and Responsibilities (to include but not be limited to the following):
Assist with the management of TS/SCI programs as required of Senior Intelligence Officer (SIO)
Support GFM activities by reviewing, coordinating, and preparing SORTS and DRRS reports, development and management of UTCs, DOC statements, METS, GFMAP and associated DEPORDs, and other GFM activities as required
Assist with capabilities-based planning, programming, and budgeting for designated system-wide unique equipment, upgrades/modifications, initial spares, and other weapon system-unique logistics issues
Assist with providing a strategic vision for the Service Core Function (SCF) and force structure options to inform the requirement process, the PPBE process and the acquisition process, to ensure consistency with strategic direction
Facilitate capability requirements documents (Core Function Support Plan) and provide capabilities management and gap-fill analysis for weapon system and major programs areas
Use the AF Risk Assessment Framework in the development of all capability requirements
Assist with the life cycle cost assessments, cycle times, and requirements tradeoffs as addressed in acquisition decision forums, to include Configuration Steering Boards and AF Review Boards
Maintain, support, and update a list of ongoing and forecasted Capability Based Assessments (CBAs) and Analysis of Alternatives (AoAs) with traceability to the Core Function Master Plan (CFMP). Prepare status briefings for the ACC Government leads for review
Assist with development of requirements strategy and presentations
Assist with IT and cyberspace portfolio management
Assist with oversight of IT and cyberspace budget reporting
Assist with oversight of ACC Information Support Plans
Review and coordinate directives and plans, and participate in working groups
Assist Functional Managers and weapon system Functional Area Managers (FAMs)
Assist with the management of training, health, and manning of cyberspace career fields
Qualifications and Experience:
Knowledge of United States Government (USG) principles, methodologies, and approaches used in Resource Management, Budgeting, and Acquisitions that support cyberspace requirements
Minimum of one (1) year experience preparing, planning, and executing USG or corporate financial strategies
Ability to perform tasks as outlined in Duties and Responsibilities above and serve as Task Lead of up to twenty-four (24) total analysts performing these duties and responsibilities
Ability to communicate effectively through written and verbal skills and must be able to communicate with external organizations, agencies, and entities to gain additional documentation or program knowledge
Ability to use MS Office and gain proficiency in the use of enterprise information sharing web applications (e.g. SharePoint, Task Management Tool (TMT), and Management Internal Control Toolset (MICT), if required)
Ability to build, manage, maintain, and update information systems to include but not limited to Microsoft Outlook, and SharePoint site, as well as build and maintain office continuity repositories, schedule conferences, develop meeting agendas and travel plans, coordinate office telecoms, briefings, conference development, and special projects, as required
Ability to perform administrative functions to create, distribute, use, and dispose of official/classified media while accomplishing, maintaining, adhering, and performing records management functions
Prior Joint/HAF/MAJCOM/COCOM staff action officer (AO) experience and experience with the AF Risk Assessment Framework
Prior military, civil service and/or contractor experience on the AFSPACE, 24thAir Force, Headquarters, Air Force or ACC Headquarters Staff
Minimum of four (4) years experience preparing, planning, and executing USG or corporate financial strategies
Completion of Cyber Awareness Challenge Course for the Intelligence Community
DoD 8570.01 IAM-II certification
US Citizenship required

Must possess and maintain a US Government security clearance at the Top Secret/Secure Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) level
