Wittenberg Weiner Consulting LLC Management Analyst in Norfolk, Virginia
WWC is currently seeking an entry level Management Analyst to support a team performing work for the Department of Defense (DoD) in the Norfolk area. The Management Analyst will work closely with senior analysts and clients to assist DoD projects. The Management Analyst will work in a high-paced, competitive environment supporting this project.
Multiple positions may be hired from this announcement. This position is contingent on contract award.

Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of related business experience or MA/MS degree.

Outstanding communication skills, influencing abilities, and client focus.
Demonstrated proficiency in using all Microsoft Office applications with an emphasis on Excel.
Experience in one or more of the following areas: PPBE cycle; Budget formulation, execution and/or financial management, particularly in a DoD organization; and Data analysis
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment in support of client requirements.

MA/MS degree in public policy, finance, business, law, or related field.
At least one year’s experience with a Military Department or Agency/Activity of the Department of Defense.
An active Secret security clearance.
Experience managing unliquidated obligations.
Experience using Fleet CFMS, STARS-FL, SABRS and its Business Intelligence.
