Electronic Systems, Inc. Lease Administrator in Virginia Beach, Virginia

To support the Print Technology team by creating and following the steps to process necessary paperwork to ensure all documentation is accurate and completed in a timely fashion.

  • Train and assist Sales Representatives with sales order process and completing lease documentation

  • Process Equipment Release Forms

  • Process completed deal packages and scan documents for invoicing

  • Submit leases to leasing company

Update lease records

  • Process credit memos

Ensure all processes and documents are audit compliant

  • Weekly submit open order report and open lease reports for operations meeting review

  • Monthly report sales by salesperson, Net New sales, collaborative sales, MIF sales

  • Review sold not invoiced and back order reports for month-end journal entry

  • Perform Lease Portfolio review and update new, churned and expired lease info in eAutomate

  • Demonstrated attention to detail and strong communication skills both written and oral

  • Team orientated with a “whatever it takes” positive attitude

  • Ability to work with multiple software programs including but not limited to Excel, WORD, PowerPoint, Outlook, eAutomate experience preferred but not necessary

  • Organized and able to prioritize tasks
