Job Description


  • Assisting Marketing Operations with any administrative duties requested

  • Coordinate and manage tour allotments

  • Review and correct, as necessary, marketing payroll weekly

  • Approve payments and disputes on vendor invoices

  • Track and report all marketing vendor metrics on a weekly and monthly basis

  • Coordinate and manage all special events

  • Submit all premiums and new vendors to Marketing Submissions

  • Order all supplies needed for marketing department

  • Coordinate referral assignment and scheduling



  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

  • Excellent knowledge of CRS

  • Experience with SharePoint is a plus

  • Ability to handle multi-tasks and able to meet deadlines

  • Good organizational skills and ability to keep accurate data and records

  • Great attitude and willingness to help and assist co-workers

  • Strong work ethic and integrity

  • Ability to work weekends
