* Responsibilities/Job Duties *
-Preparing and distributing all guest's gifts and record every transaction.
-Maintaining a perpetual inventory via serial number.
-Maintain, distribute, track and reconcile daily cash banks.
-Entering distributed gifts into CRS for self and pregifters.
-Prepare completed paperwork into daily packets for Accounting.
-Collect and track deposits and sales from guests and employees.
-Validating day's work via CRS reports, Amex reports and serial number log sheets for self and pre-gifters
-Assist in auditing pregifting safes.
-Assist in maintaining perpetual inventory within the pregifting safes.
-Assist Accounting Dept. with monthly inventory reconciliations.
-Handling guest concerns and ensure that other guest's experience remain positive.
-Input all tour and survey info on guest accounts that have completed their presentation.
-Coordinate daily operations to reflect company and departmental policies.
-Handle phone / fax / written customer gifting concerns in a timely manner.
-Assist in new hire and pre-gifting training.
-We provide our associates extra incentives to use our vacation ownership portfolio for personal travel
Training and Development
-Wyndham offers a comprehensive training program, which is known as the best in the industry!
High School diploma or equivalent.
Some accounting/cash flow experience.
Must have computer skills; data entry / Microsoft Excel experience preferred.
Must be able to work independently.
Must be able to handle high periods of pressure.
Must have customer service experience.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule.
